Which materials can I choose?
Our collection includes quartz, granite, marble, quartzite and sintered stone. Availability and finishes are shown with each product. Ask us for help comparing options for your project.
How do I order free samples?
Create an account, choose your materials and add them to your sample basket. You can order up to 10 samples, with free delivery. Samples are supplied in our standard sample thickness; the slab thickness shown on a product is for project planning.
How do I request a quotation?
Use Start your project to send your installation postcode, approximate measurements and material preferences. You can also select saved favourites for a quotation. We will discuss the details before you commit to an order.
What happens after I confirm my worktop order?
We arrange digital templating, confirm the design details, fabricate your surfaces and arrange installation. Timing depends on your material, project and readiness of the space; we will confirm it with you.
How should I prepare for templating?
Base cabinets must be secured in their final positions. Undermount sinks need appropriate support in the furniture, and range cookers and Belfast sinks should be positioned. Have the relevant appliances, sinks and taps on site and keep the area clear. Contact us before the appointment if anything is uncertain.
Can I customise sinks and edges?
Yes. Ask about integrated stone sinks, undermount sink details, drainers and edge profiles. We will explain the options suitable for your chosen material.
Do you cover my installation area?
Send us your installation postcode or call the team. We will confirm coverage and access requirements for your project.
How should I care for my surface?
Follow the care guidance for your specific material and manufacturer. A soft cloth and suitable mild cleaner are a good starting point; avoid abrasive products. Ask us about sealing or specialist care for your chosen stone.
How do I check my sample order?
Sign in to your account to view your orders. Status changes made by our team appear after the website’s next sync. Contact us if you need further help.
